Sir, I have participated in a bid for Samsung Galaxy Grand on February 2013 by paying Rs 699. 100bestbuy team called me and if I didn’t get selected my amount will be given back. But after I contacted, they told me that I can buy any product with that amount. Now when I try to buy some of their products , I can use only Rs 139 from Rs 699. Please arrange to give back my amount or to do a purchase worth my amount.

The customer care people are disconnecting the call while I mention my mobile number. Since last one year they try to fool me.

Please arrange to give back my amount of Rs 699 or to do a purchase worth my amount.
