I had ordered a sofa cum bed 2 months ago with 100% advance payment (Rs. 19000/-). I was told the product will be delivered in 7 t 9 days. It is 2 months now and I have stil no received the product. I have been following up over email/phone but till date it has not been delivered. It looks like it is a fraud company.

I would like to have my order cancelled and my money refunded with interest.
