Airtel – Bill Charges more for internet Usage

I am using Airtel postpaid, the same no. 9902800xxxx for more than 5 years. I have taken Data plan of 150/- for 500MB 3G internet + 500 MB 2G internet, total of 1GB. When 3G network is not available, Airtel will automatically connect in 2G for Internet Usage. Because of 3G service unavailability properly at office and work locations, this connection used 2G internet. If network is fine, I wouldn’t have faced this issue. Now Airtel charged 2500/- extra as the 2G usage was 750 MB and 3G usage was only 180 MB. I cannot and not willing to pay these high bill charges. If I have consumed more 3G then That will be my will and I should have paid in full. also my credit limit is 6400/- only. If the bill value is crossing more there should be communication from Airtel end about high usage. As I have not used 500MB 3G data, you can assume why 2G data usage was more. That is only because of 3G service not connecting properly. I hope this time the charges will be waived off.

I want to pay for my calls and Internet bill charges only. Because of the service unavailability I don’t want to pay the extra bill amount of nearly 2000/- The password for opening file is njcz
