I am Dr Ruchika Singh, I purchased a Virgo Beech divider7014 (Storage Solution) from your online store on July 23, 2013. Since then I have been mentally and financially struggling to track my order and achieve delivery of the same. I have sent two emails to your customer team, ids cc@housefull.co.in and bd@houseful.co.in on August 12 and Sept 12th 2013, for which they have failed to reply hence after wasting my sweat and time on constant requests this is my last and final humble request to refund my amount along with payment towards my phone calls and inconvience caused, fail so, I will have no choice but to take this matter to consumer court. As suggested by my lawyer, please consider this notice before I file a complaint. I tried to reach your customer care team and after numerous calls and emails I received a response saying that the divider is out of stock and they failed to update online hence I need to wait. I waited for a month. My calls were falling on deaf ears. I decided to take strict action and take this matter further. It was no more an issue of mere Rs2310, without which I will come on road, but it was lot more. Opening an online store is very easy, my husband can make web store in a click but maintaining logistics and on time delivery is a task and your company has been unsuccessful on that. My only mistake was to ignore hundreds of written reviews on web about Housefull Furniture. I spoke to your Sales team and E commerce team and after 15-20 calls and threatening to drag the issue legally, (Executive names are Mr Rahul and Sonu respectively). As I mentioned earlier I requested Mr Sonu that the boxes are waste if there is no divider to store it. I will not keep the boxes on my head. Hence refund the full amount immediately. I gave 10 days notice for full refund. Finally he also failed to reply me. Hence from my side negotiations and requests are over now. I not only need My Rs 2310 back, but the money towards the harassment I have faced financially and mentally. I am a doctor and mother of 14 months old baby. I had to carry her all the way to send the notice by registered post; I had to miss work for the same. I have wasted so much time on writing emails, making calls therefore I seek compensation for the same. I have my outgoing call list for the month of Aug and September month where I have made more than 25 calls to your firm. The details are: 13 Aug : 4 Calls ,14 aug : 2 calls ,16 aug: 2 calls ,22 Aug: 4 calls ,30 Aug : 3 calls and 8 calls in September. Therefore, towards my mental agony and inconvenience caused, (calls charges, courier charges and refund Amount towards my order Rs 2310), I need a compensation of Rs 5000 credit to my account n
