I bought several items of clothing from this website, March 16 fir Delivery by May 3rd for a wedding. Items were not received by the stated date. Items were Made to order and when I tried to cancel the dresses that were not yet made the company declined. When the items did finally arrive they were all too small. I returned them after much discussions and conversations with the company to an address in Chicago furnished by them. Now the company claims they have not received the items even though the United States Post Office has the tracking to the exact time the package was delivered. Now they refuse to give me a refund, They are offering a store credit but I have no need of any goods from their store.

I had to but an alternative dress at much greater expense on the day of the wedding.
