I had orderd hair staitner on dated 28 May 2017, order no. Is 117282941 but when your delivery boy deliver packet ,i saw deo in side. I never ordered that, i had complaint to your company two times but there is no response from your company side,one time your delivery boy is came to collect wrong packet ,when i check his id card ,he said no id card he have,then how i given him wrong packet. dear sir ,please send responsible person to change my product soon,i have urgent required of this

I bought a printer on Feb,2017. It had been worked only for 2 months. I have complained so many times about this issue to ShopClues. But they did not respond. So, I sent the printer to headquarters to return it. But they refused to accept it. Kindly, I request you to get the printer back and return my amount.
