i ordered a remote control and they said it will be delivered the next day and its been a week and i have not got the the remote in spite of calling them everyday. They say it will be delivered the next day and then i get no response.I have called them at least five times and i had to hold the line for 10 minutes or more at least and still i get no response. Sometimes they even cancelled the call in between. I want some action against the company for not providing a decent service in spite of charging more than their competitor.

I want some action against the bad service they provide.
