Handset booked online through company’s website on 8th March making full payment of INR14000. It was mentioned that delivery shall be made immediately after making full payment however till date not received delivery of the phone. Company failed to keep up lot of promises about delivery dates but failed. After lot of follow-up company agred to supply upgraded version i.e. UMIX2 Turbo version vide their mail dated 15th July, but till date no deliveries. It was assured me that delivery shall be made by 20th July.

Apart from non delivery of the product on time, it also lead to mental harrasment and agony due to unprofessional apprach of the company and lead loss of time in following the company on Facebook as company was not responsding to any mail and failed to keep-up promises which were made on facebook page.

Delivery of UMIX2 Turbo handset within a week and compensation of Rs 50000/- for not delivering the product immediately on making the full payment, not sending formal communication for the delays, not delivering the product on firt come first server basis and mental harassment caused by you all above mentioned facts.
