We bought optoma VC2000 on Jan 31 2013 and the product has a broken filter which needs replacement. We also purchase extended warranty but Croma refused to service the product as the parts are no longer available. We walked up to Chennai store at TNAGAR S.USMAN RD branch and the employees were very unprofessional statin that the product has lived for 8months and has served the purpose. We live in Chennai and appreciate if this can be resolved.

I want the product serviced as this has been broken for last 3months and I have tried enough to get this fixed. Either fix or refund my money.
