COMPLAINT: orange holidays are the club which gives free stay every year 25 days at specific places which they are mentioned in their catalogue ,for that I need to pay Rs/-15000 .so I felt that offer was good and it is affordable I took a membership from them in the month of march 13 2014 through credit card ,after payment the executive from orange gave a member ship card .at the time of booking i.e while taking a membership of orange holidays the executive he said that if I pay 15000 + service charges the time of stay at their properties it is enough so I can spend 25 days in one year of my holidays at the given places which are their own properties in south India given in broacher of orange holidays ,.i asked the executive if I want to go for holidays at their properties how many days before I should intimate ,he said just 2 days before also it is enough mam I will make an arrangement because these are our own properties and u have to pay just Rs/-750 service charges per day ,that also he can reduce to Rs.500 /- ,then I asked him during summer it might be busy ,so we may not get booking ?for that he said mam these are our own properties I can give you accommodation ata any time just inform us before 2 days so I felt happy and gave booking and took membership card But when I planned for my holiday stay ata kodaikanal in the month of April 15 th ,his customer care Mr. Ramesh told that mam u are intimating me just before 2 days ,so we cannot provide you the accommodation ,you have to intimate us one week before ,then I told your executive told me and he promised me ,then he said talk to that executive it self we cannot do anything ,so I thought may it is short time It is my mistake I will try to book later And after that again I palnned for holidays I the month of may 27th to 4 June ,I called the customer care in the 1st week of may (5th /6 th may) Mr Ramesh said mam to book accommodation you need to send a mail through gmail .then I sent my holiday schedule on 12 th may . I have not received any call from them ,again I called the on 13 th may that time Mr Ramesh told mam you have to send a mail from your orange login id ,then I did same like what ever he told me ,I sent my holiday schedule 1 ) 28th -Bangalore check inn after 7:30 am 29th check out from bangalore same time 2 ) 29th -Ooty check inn after 8:00 pm 30th-Ooty 31st-Ooty 1 st June -checkout before 9:00 am 3) 1st June – Kodaikanal check inn after 12 pm 2nd June – checkout 4) 2nd June – Munnar check inn evening 3 rd June-Munnar 4 th June -Checkout here is the my plan ,pls let me know the availability and also check inn and checkout timings if any , again I have not received any call or reply from them regarding my schedule ,I again called up Ramesh and asked him about my accommodation then he said mam except kodaikanal I can provide you the accommodation everywhere because in kodai we don’t have availability till 10 th June ,
We wanted the solution as We wanted the membership back , his people spoked to me very wrongly and they cheated us so I want to apply a a cheating case and also prestige case ,and I want you to take a necessity action on them so that they should not repeat this kind of playing and things with any body .it is better if you cancel their license so that it will be a very good lesson for them . and I want his people to apologies me because Mr Ramesh he spoked me and with my husbend with out any respect and also very rashly . Hence we request you to solve our problem and also take necessity action on them as early as possible 2) RELIEF: 1.We wanted the membership back with interest for that money 2. I want to apply a a cheating case 3. also PARUVU NASHTAM case
