i have purchased a mobile phone named Panasonic from the seller in an on-line order. the seller has practices fraud by sending me a mobile phone named as Panasonic but with very lower specifications than what was shown in website. i received the mobile phone on 16th of June 2014 by a courier. i was not that much conversant with specifications of the mobile phones. mean while today i could know about the fraud happened with me. the maniac store has send me a lower specification mobile and they are not responding to me even. the seller is a fraud. i have already written to the customer care of the said seller but there was no response. i want the fraud product must be replaced with the original one or i may be refunded with my money spent on it. if my complaint will be heard i will be greatly thankful to you. yours faithfully pundarikakshya panda mob no 977642xxx email mailpkpanda@gmail.com
