I have a samsung galaxy s3(gt- i9300)| imei no. 35372005804256/01 which i had sent for insurance claim on 24/5/2013 to m/s orien tele services | address : cb-217, ring road, naraina, new delhi-110028 as the touch of the phone was broken which is covered in insurance. Now the insurance company is saying that the motherboard of the phone is damaged and hence it cannot be repaired but when i submitted the phone to the company the phone was properly working and only touch was broken.they are offering me cash back between 10 to 50% of the current value of the phone. And also i was told that the phone will be given to me in 7 to 14 working days but it’s been more than a month .. The phone was given to me exactly after 2 months in broken condition and something was deliberately put in my phone’s charging jack.!!I also have the phone’s photos of the day it was given to me i hereby request you to please look forward to this matter …. |my name is prateek sharma and my mobile no.
