I am Md. Zawed Hossain residing at 4K, Moulana Md. Ali Road, Khidderpore, Kolkata 700023, PS- Ekbalpore. I am facing huge problem against my Airtel Post Paid connection # 9477656046. Previously I was a Vodafone customer in the same number which is I am using it, then I port my number to Airtel Postpaid Plan CUG 99. An executive from Airtel named Mr. Nasim (9903007759) collected my document and provide me Airtel SIM. At the time of documentation he asked me to provide i) Voter ID Card Xerox & ii) Color Photo, no more other documents. After verification I got my connection active under Airtel Tower. Everything was going normal. In the mean time I got my paper bill and was surprised to see that there was a company name “BLUE BIRD INDIA LTD” below my name. I didn’t bothered because things were going well. Then after 3 months I faced a problem. I lost Airtel tower on 28th May. I called to Airtel customer care number from another number and came to know that “My line was permanently disconnect… and asked me to contact Ms. Sayanne Datta Roy (9831049469)” for the same. Then I called her and came to know that I am an existence employee of “Blue Bird India Ltd” employee who’s bill was extremely over due and that is why all line would be blocked whoever comes under that company profile list, so my line was also blocked and then she asked me to rectify it providing some documents in Airtel Customer Care Outlet.
After this instruction next day I went to Airtel Dealer shop named Sun Telecom, 394/A Gariahat Road(South), Jodhpur Park, Kolkata, West Bengal – 700068 which is near to my office. There was a girl executive who opened my line thrice in between 2 weeks. Last time I changed my Mobile Number plan from CUG99 to individual Post Paid Plan 149 (monthly tariff). After few days later my line was again blocked by Aitel and I went to that Airtel Dealer shop again and found that the lady left job and then I asked for help to another executive who’s name is Mr. Nirmal Barui (8584961678). He checked my connection and told me that COMPANY NAME WAS NOT UPDATED SO THAT’S WHY MY NUMBER AGAIN BARRED. That problem was solved within 2 hrs. After 02 days my line was again barred. Then I went to that shop again, it was 24/06/2013. Mr. Nirmal told me that problem is in my SIM and he replaced it and provide me another SIM immediately. He is a good executive but I had to wait this time for a long 10 days. I got my connection back on 03/07/2013. Then and there I sent an SMS for Port and got my porting number for the same. After 02 days I faced same problem again my line was blocked and then again I called to Mr. Nirmal Barui for resolve. Later he told me that my connection name is still under “BLUE BIRD INDIA LTD”. I was soooo annoyed that I didn’t tail anything to anyone and was just waiting for my bill so that I will pay the bill and will port my number. NOW AGAIN from 10/07/2013 to till date my mobile connection’s OUTGOING CALL IS BARRED. I sent an email to NODAL
I want my connection means out going facility back. Want a solid step against who ever is liable for this. May be they thought that we users are looser.
