Vastrum Boutique in viman nagar, Pune – A Review

Respected Sir/Madam, I am a old customer of vastrum boutique in viman nagar.Last year in September I got a expensive dress stitched from them.They charged me 2250/- as only stitching charges.Fabric was provided by me which was a saree that was worth 1700/-. I wore the dress once and found that the stitches of the dress started coming out.But due to my busy schedule I could not visit the boutique immediately to get the repairing done.And since I was an old customer of them I knew they would not mind even if I ask them to repair or little later. I gave them my dress which was still new for repair after few months.Owner Bobby asked to collect it v next day.I collected my parcel and after reaching home I found that the dress was not repaired properly.I could not go to the boutique immediately as I was out of station for a month.She accepted my dress and asked me to collect it v next day.When I visited their boutique,I was told to come next day as the dress has been sent to work shoo.I made almost 5-6 rounds after that day but everytime I was told that dress has not reached them. I insisted them that I need my dress back soon as I needed to attend a wedding.but they just kept on making excuses. The day I was required to travel,I called their boutique again n again (pune shops were closed due to LBT)finally got to speak with bobby and without listening to me completely she said she will see if she can get my dress delivered at home.I kept waiting for her call and she without informing me delivered my dress to security of other building(adjacent to mine).I could not reach her after that and went for wedding:(.after coming Back I went to her boutique to collect my dress only to get a shock that the dress was given to guard. I enquired from other building guards..they say they have no clue. Owner is very rude and arrogant.She is just not ready to compensate also and everytime comes with new excuse. I have read their reviews and for d that they sell customer’s dresses to people in good amount.I too feel they have done this with mine.

I was suppose to travel I.e. 17 may 13,I kept calling her on 16th to tell her that I need the dress that day itself,but,due to LBT all the shops were closed so owner was not picking up phone.I was soo much in tension and tried her no for almost 25 times.Later when she called me back I was ironing my clothes and when I saw call coming from her no.I ran to other room to speak and in the meanwhile my two years old daughter came running to the room and pulled the iron towards her and burnt her foot soo badly that it took 15 days for her to recover partially from that.

I need compensation and apologies for being rude and mental harassment and time and money wastage.
