Oriental Bank debit Card Failure online transaction

Whenever I make online payment using my Oriental Bank of Commerce VISA Debit Card, the system says ‘you have reached maximum no. of failed attempts’. I have talked from PO’s to managers, from clerks to helpdesk but no one has resolved the issue yet. No support from telephonic conversation either. They say that we will resolve the issue in next week due to system failure. But no desired action had been taken for last 6 months.

I demand that Online payments through my debit card must be enabled and must go smoothly. Reset my card’s password and send it to my email id and mobile.
