I had the purchased the policy no. 253202/31/2010/5959 of my Splendor plus motorcycle (Hero Honda ) from the The Oriental insurance co. ltd Saharanpur in the name of Applicant,which was effective from 05/11/2009-04/11/2010 midnight & Registration no of vehicle is UP11X 0120.Said vehicle was theft on Dt 24/03/2010 from Rambagh road,Gangoh distt Saharanpur.I lodged FIR in Thana kotwali Gangoh on Dt 25/03/2010 & also completed all the formalities of Surveyor appointed by the Insurance co.timely.Due to late decision declared by Hon’ble court, I cann’t submit the Final Report & Insurance Company close my claim file.After many follow up reminders,there was no hearing of applicant regarding the claim.Insurance co. has received our Final report copy on Dt 25/05/2011 and committed to open & processed that file.But till today claim is pending for processing ,I also approached the Regional Office Dehradun of the Insurance co.But there was no reply from the Regional Office.
