respected sir /madam i manoj kumar panda holding the motor vehicle insurance policy of oriental insurance of my hero passion xpro motor cycle , bearing the policy no 345892/31/2015/358 and insured code 61660488 , the reason to complain to the consumer forum is that my motorcycle has been damaged we have submitted all the required documents asked by the oriental insurance office bearers and bills to the insurance company but the company people always play dilly dallying with me since last four and half months whenever i am calling them they are asking for bribe ,my document authenticity may be checked from the internet by putting the policy no and insured no , hence pelaese i may request you to direct the insurance people so that my case shall be resolved at the earliest
