Airtel – Phone Not working not resolved issue

We taken broadband plus landline connection from Airtel in the month of April-2015. Scheme was if we pay monthly Rs. 200/- extra we get unlimited local calls so we go for such plan and existing BSNL connection we disconnected. Now since 9th June phone is dead so lodge complain and said by customer executive, your problem will be solved till tomorrow 2.00 p.m. and everyday i received call from call center and than received msg your complain resolution has been rescheduled for next day for such time. finally phone is working on 13th or 14th June 2015. but only for some hours from 15th phone dead. so i complained for it on 16th morning and call center executive said that your ref no is same as your last complain and your complain will be solved tomorrow. i said if you cant resolved it by tom morrow will go to your western office. he replied dont worry we will proceed. today is 21st since phone is not working. we paid 6 months advanced rent and company providing such worst service. i want company reimburse such rent and due to that the cost we suffer.

phone should be in working condition very soon. And the cost of rent for the period of phone dead and due to dead phone ,cost of calls which we did from other phones.
