I had got appointed to a company by name ToppersEdge.COm(TE Infotech) on 15th Oct’2015. My salary was told as 16000 as fixed salary but then there was no any offer letter given in spite of asking them frequently.They have taken my SSLC original marks sheet and given a acknowledgement. Also I was paid only 14,800 without any explanation. I am not given any PF number and they have terminated me on 3rd June without paying me any salary.Till now I have not got neither my salary nor my experience letter.
