To Explain you my Issue: Order placed online on month of may with order ID#6430753210 having 3 sub orders. 1. Rastogi Handicrafts Pure Copper Silver Touch Jug & 2 Glass Set => OK for me and no Issue. 2. Rastogi Handicrafts Pure Copper Silver Touch Jug & 6 Glass Set => OK for me and no Issue. 3.Ranger Copper Jug – Glass Set With Outer Stainless Steel Finish = NOT OK Total amount paid for this Order was Rs 3,236. For sub-part#3 I paid 1368(after discount). Sub-part #3 had 6 glasses and one Jug; I received only jug and these forgot to send Glasses. despite of following up with Snapdeal for past couple of months still my issue is not resolved.Please help me to get my money Back.

I would need your help to get my refund back for partial product along with inconvenience caused done by snapdeal with token on apology (compensation) to further sort this matter. Hope you will help me on this matter. Many Thanks in advnace
