I visited Patna on 06-06-10 to attend a marriage ceremony. I went to Ambassador Hotel and asked for a doubled bedded A.C. room for accommodation at 9A.M. on 06-06-10.But at that time no A.C.room was
Vacant so the manager present at counter asked me to stay in a single bedded non A.C. room no.308 for some time. In the last at 9:30P.M. On 06-06-10 he sifted us in a double bedded A.C.room no.306.I vacated the room on 07-06-10 at 9P.M.
For this stay he charged for two days double bedded A.C. room charge. I protested that you gave us service of half day single bedded non A.C.room and one day of double bedded A.C.room. So you should charge one day for single bedded non A.C.room and one day for double bedded A.C.room.But he refused.
