Regarding MISPLACEMENT of my package sent by OverNite Express Courier Order 7063790473 This is with reference to the on going complaint that was lodged from my side when I got to know that this company has lost my package.Two packages were supposed to be delivered to my address on the same day. The courier guy delivered only ONE out of the TWO packages. The package that was delivered was for recipient M. Jain with AWB no. 6514137711 and was a magazine. The courier guy forgot to handover/deliver the second package that was intended for me (V. Jain, AWB: 7063790473). My father who received the packages has confirmed receiving only the magazine and not the other package and even the sign on the reciept has been done against the one that was delivered. The way this organization has behaved is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The consumer service team representatives are misinformed and then go on to BLAME and ACCUSE the customer them of lying. Manjula and Dinesh from the Bangalore and Delhi offices were seeing the case and now I get to know from a certain Manish from the Delhi office that the case has been solved and closed without even letting the CUSTOMER know that. He goes on to tell me that the package was delivered just because my father has signed it. I will say it for the last time, My father received ONLY ONE PACKAGE i.e. MAGAZINE. No one from the company has since tried to resolve my issue or given me a call regarding the same. They are a courier company and the basic objective is to deliver goods safely. They have misplaced my property and now are not even owning up to it. This is pure negligence, fraud and irresponsible behavior from the company.

This is not about the money, it is about the lack of sincerity towards the commitment made by the company, pure harassment that I have to go through because of their callous and unprofessional attitude. I want written apology and I want reimbursement of my goods and charges paid.I don’t have original bill of the good that was couriered since it was in the package itself but I will try to get a copy from the shop where it was purchased.
