I have registered the complaint with ‘Croma’ call center ‘18002583636’ for AC remote not working. The person from Croma took the remote and not returned yet. I am doing followup since 2 months now. The only reply I get from Croma is ‘we will get back to you within 24 hrs. but no result till now. I am relay frustrated with such services from Croma. Details of the complaint. I want my remote back without any charges, as I have registered my complaint before warranty expiration date. Also if possible compensation for delayed / unsatisfied services.
