CONSIGNMENT HOUSEHOLD ARTICLES BOOKED LOADED ON 29 APRIL 2015 AT BANGALORE DUE TO REACH ON 07 May 2015 reached only on 14 May 2015 at Tarapur did not inform of truck registration number driver name mobile number did not allow to track the consignment did not inform of truck accident at kolhapur items transported along with paint drums furniture and items stained with paint cot broken television missing having different packing sticker and material different from that of loading, packers and movers not paying damages

Tv missing only found stones inside value of tv rs 15000, cot stained with paint broken un-serviceable value Rs 9000, other carton boxes items stained with paint total value of the insured consignment was Rs 86500. out of which rs 24000 direct loss. agency not willing to pay damages. unloading charges of Rs 1000 i paid extra at the time of delivery again though i paid the same at loading itself.
