Tikona Broadband – Termination delayed forever

Hi Sir, I am student and I was using the Tikona Broadband connection for last 4 years. Now I am leaving the city permanently. So I wanted to disconnect the the connection. For that I raised a request(1-347213xxxx) to Tikona customer care. I am following them for the same for last 20 days. They are not giving any response to that, And I am not using the Broadband for last month but I am paying the bill. Now I am not using the Broadband and from Tikona side they are not discontinuing the connection, rather they are sending monthly rental bill to my address. Please help on the same. Thanks in advance.

Due to this problem I tried to reach the customer care for more than 100 time. They are not taking any steps for past few months to disconnect the connection rather then are playing with me. So I am paying the monthly rental bill of Rs 876. Please help me regarding the same.
