I have delivered my shipment from the company through air shipping on 21st Feb from USA and the company has promised me for the home delivery of the shipment in 20 days in Pune, but they have still not delivered my shipment and always give an excuse that my shipment is not getting cleared by custom. I have shipped the used LED TV and there is no reason for customs to halt my shipment

Due to non delivery of the shipment the company has to compensate for the extra days. I have already paid the entire shipping amount to the company for getting my shipment on time through air shipping.
