I Have placed an order of laptop through Paytm website with Order no. 925744257 on friday 24th April. which got delivered on 27th April.Unfortunately the product was damaged and I raised a complaint on the day of delivery itself with ticket no.107555620. I got initial response which asked me to share information and images of product I have done that promptly. post that no communication is made from your side. while lodging a complaint they asked for my number stating that they will call me, worst part is I am still waiting for that call. I raised a concern to level 2 as well on 29th april and still no response received.

I only want my laptop to be replaced on urgent basis
