On 22nd January 2014 from bangalore i booked a split air conditioner for Destination Raipur. yet on 12/04/2013 after almost 3 months i have not received the delivery of the same at destination address.I have called the service provider i.e shah packers and movers around 100 times till now but have not received any serious reply from them.

I just want my product and moreover if possible they shall pay me back the amount which i paid as courier fees i.e 3932 so that they may take this as penalty.
