Handling of Broadband complaints in local bsnl office

Hi there, I am a customer of bsnl broadband package since a long time. Recently the internet connection at my home has become very much unreliable as there is some problem with the line(as told me by the lineman) and hence the very low speed. I’m using a 500 unlimited combo plan, supposed to get 256kbps after the download limit is used up ( 40-50kbps in real terms) but now getting around 4-5 kbps!!! I have lodged numerous complaints with the local bsnl office but there happens to be no proper response in solving the problem. Every time, my complaint docket is closed before troubleshooting it, so i have to register the complaint every now and then .The lineman assigned to solve this has absolutely no idea about the problem itself, let alone trying to solve it!! he asked me to take the modem to the local office (its his supposition that the modem is in fault) & anyway i have taken my modem 2-3 times & the guys there would reset it everytime. This goes around in a vicious circle and the problem still isnt solved. I’m dissapointed so much that i’ve decided to send this mail. I expect as a CUSTOMER that the problem gets solved before the concept of internet vanishes from the earth. Thanks, My landline is 0484-2791817,
