Dear Sir, I order product on 26/02/2014, I gave the request for cancellation on 17/03/2014. But they replied on 21/03/2014 that order is under preparing to ship, and it can not be cancelled now. The product was not received at my address as I changed my address and it was returned back on 4/4/2014 from my address. Now I want my money back, but they are saying the product will be re-dispatched soon. But I don’t want product now. It is of no use for me after so much time. I want my money back and they are not ready to refund it.
