Panasonic Air Conditioner – No Service

I have purchased Panasonic AC before 3 months Ago from Vijay Sales-Ahmedabad.In this 3 month i have face 3 time Cooling Problem so i complaint for it and it will solved By technician timely But Problem Come out after a week Against of Solving the Problem by technician. So as on 23/08/2016 i Have complaint regarding this to Resolvethis Problem and told him it will not occure in future.The Technician come for Visit Mr.Nasir, and he Told that in Your AC,it will chokup and it was required wash Cleaning and for this it as demanding Charges Rs.1200. I say him that it will be in Warrenty and there 3 month to Purchase it So why i pay Charges for it, but he told me to Speak with Ahead.

So i called to Customer Care no and From speaking with Care executive he Provide me a mobil number of Area Service manager. I speak with Area Service Manager Mr Yogesh (8866228876) and he told me to speak with such technician. i told technician to speak with him but he was not done and go from my house without solving Problem. I against call to Customer care number and they Provide me another number for Speaking with zonal service manager. I called on 9374025397 with Mr.Shaarbhai Vora. After Speaking with them i feel that service level of Panasonic is 3rd class and thought that i have cheat by Panasonic, and also “”thought come in mind that is Really Panasonic is International company??””i told him that my AC is under warranty and why you demanding charges, so he reply me that, “”it is not our problem that dust come in your AC it is Your Responsibilty not allowed dust in Machine””. so i told him that how we can stop dust to go in Machine. So he reply that,”it may your area problem where may be Dust are more in Quantity or else but it is Not our Problem so we solve your problem”. so itold him we are living in Ahmedabad CIty it is A Big City whrere Dust is not available in tha much quantity we are not living in And Small District or Village and If you Feel that due to Dust in Our Area So Why you are Selling to us.

After This He Was Reply that” We Are not Come to Sale, you come for Purchase panasonic AC with us””. what a Great Reply!!! after hering this i m spechless and in mind i thought that it is Our Mistake to Purchase panasonic AC. After this I Was Called against customer care, But from them i Have not satisfied, such Executive give me Nmber of some other person with whom i have allready speak and not satisfied,i request such executive to write my complaint. but he told sory i can do . After this I Realise I Have Make Graet Mistake,I Become a full By Panasonic. But for your Infornation, i told you that i m allrady Panasonic AC user from 2 years and this AC was purchase for Gifting My Wife(at My Inlaws house). and i also Recommend Panasonic AC to My Uncle Inlaws who want to Purchase Hitachi AC.

On the Basis of Service manager of Panasonic Mr Vhora, Our Area is Not Suitable to there product then give me Back My Money. I make convertation with them and he was told me that it your Problem that you are Purchase Panasonic AC and we not told you to purchase our Product
