Panasonic LED – No Customer Service

Dear Sir, I, Pavan Kumar had purchased a Panasonic LED from Croma store (Store Location – Faridabad CROWN-A12) Haryana. Vide invoice no. SLF 02A012010035821 in 11.09.2012 with two year extended warranty given by croma expiring on dated 11.09.2015.

The LED is not working since 24/07/2014. I had registered a complaint to croma warranty store on 25/07/2014 vide complaint number 145026. As per telephonic conversation with extended warranty customer care 08/10/2014, croma store is not willing to repair the defective LED even if it is under extended warranty. As an alternate solution they are suggesting to take a compensation amount of 18000/- in lieu of repairing/replacing the defective LED. Whereas the cost of a new LED is much more then the compensation cost suggested by croma warranty store.

Respected Sir, Due to my financial condition I am not able to buy new LED. So it is my humble request that please repair the defective LED or increase the compensation amount so that I can purchase a new LED.
