Panasonic Plasma TV : Panel issue vertical lines

I have registered a complaint (Complaint # PI-ASC-1308-022809) on 6th August 2013, regarding some vertical lines issues with my High-End Plasma TV (VT-20). An Engineer visited me very next day and identified issue is with screen and informed me that TV will be replaced with same series of model. And It will take a week or so. But after that I haven’t got any confirmation. Even after waiting for 6 months it’s still unresolved; however to my surprise status on your website shows that Issues is resolved and invoiced to service centre. Please do needful to resolve this issue. I have spend lots of money on the TV and want a replacement ASAP.

Replacement of TV with Same series and model. with same picture quality. If model is discontinued then they can match with MRP of my TV as indicated on BOX, with other available models with them. As my TV was top of the line from Panasonic so need replacement of smiler model and size.
