Even after cash memo generation , the distributor is not providing the LPG cylinder

Not able to prepare food at home and have to buy food from outside at Rs. 500/- each day and also health damage and suffered diarrhoea with doctor visit and medicine. Till now expense have crossed Rs. 3500/- with an extra burden of health hazards

proper delivery of the LPG cylinder and compensation for the total financial and physical loss
