i have placed an order for some tea bags on web site-satvikshop.com dated 6th nov. 2013 as a prepaid order but i havnt recieved the product till date.its allmost 2 months now. have talked to them many times but they always say that we have escalated the issue and we will call u regarding the update but i havnt recieved any call from them. order no. 7000049526,dated- 06/11/13 for organic india tulsi green tea bags.
as the order was prepaid for the amount of rs-134/- and the calls which i have made to them approx rs 50/- and for the mails i made to them (internet usage)-rs 50/- plus the headache which i suffered because of them-rs 500
I want the full compensation which i have mentioned in consequences which comes out to be total-rs- 734
