I have launched a complaint for plazma on 24th august & complaint Number is 126761, service guy came and told me that its SN board is not working. So I have been told by Sumeet Sethi /Jitender Charya that part is not available and we will be providing you the replacement but till now i have not got any replacement or product repaired. As of now Mr Mohit/Sumit/Jitender (Service Department) is not providing me any specific date for replacement or product repair. I have mobile numbers of above mentioned people.

I have been following them for last one month but till now nothing has happened. Neither they have provided the stand by nor providing any specific time frame within which tv will be replaced
