I hv sent a packet to Uzbekistan on 3rd July vide RR400503176IN. On the web tracking its showing till 13th July only and location is Russian Federation. The customer care never picks up the call. Local Post Office is also unresponsive. When we called them they said we need a written complaint, and when we went to submit the written complaint, they refused to take it, fearing the disciplinary action.

The packet contained a Business promotional sample, on the basis of which my company was due to get a big order from that particular customer. But as it has not been delivered till now, we have lot the trust of customer as well as that order too.

We want that packet to be delivered ASAP anyhow and to receive the notification as to by when the packet is going to be delivered.
