My Seagate 250 GB hard drive is not working and it is under warranty but the service center refused to change it and told me the problem of sticker tempered and also said that the model no. Written on sticker is not clearly visible . But i have a scanned image of it ,in which all things are visible clearly,on the basis of it they will change but the do not.

Please help me to change my 250 Gigs External Hard Drive as soon as possible.
