We have booked a plot at King Citi Rajpura, Punjab of 200 sq yard in the month of June-2013 (by paying Rs 4 Lakhs approx as 25% of property cost), at the time of possession they increased the area by 73 sq yard which resulted in additional payment of amount Rs 6 lakhs, which we can’t afford, so we decided to cancel the booking and refund the remaining amount after deduction of booking amount (10%), we have been chasing them for past 6 months but we have not yet received any positive reply or refund from them.

We need the refund amount ASAP as its already 6 Months
