Dear Sir, My Self Nitin Gopala Bhor currently resident at Kondhwa-Dhawade Bhimnagar Pune -411048. Complaint:-I have purchased flat (document attached) from S.S Developer & Builders booking Letter date-17/01/2011. He had verbally agreed to provide possession after completion of a year.we met him several times over period of time he had provided assurance possession will be delivered within six month as per last discussion but he couldn’t provide . currently construction kept on hold due to some issues. I have paid him Rs.385000/-.balance yet to be paid. I know that you are not right person whom I am writing this letter but you have whole control of this district and in this fast life I am not able to visit any government office. kindly look on this matter and instruct to respective Officer to inspection of this case and help as well as suggest the same. i have not got flat possession on time i am paying rent to my landlord Rs.5000/- same has to be given by builder till date of possession.as well as early possession of flat.
