Passport Online Payment Failed – No Refund

Dear Sir/Madam,
Payment was tried to passport office on 11th Feb, 2017 of Rs 1512/- but failed . The amount of Rs 1512/ was debited from my account . It was done through Maestro debit card of Central Bank of India ( Card Number:504 XXXXX0299401350).
Transaction detail :- POS PRCH/5044370299401350 175448935637 7130041085898.

Every time OTP was provided by the bank to me on my mobile number 9897297640. No refund has been made so far. Kindly intervene.”

Further,the procedure was followed as directed in the reply by SBI. Central Bank of India, Badarpur , New Delhi branch (have my S/B account no. 3068XX4871 in this Branch) was contacted. The following reference numbers were given by my account holding branch which were informed to Customer Care Centre number 18002001911: a. 1966730

No reversal has been made so far in my account.
Kindly intervene.

Dear sir, I have applied online passport seva Application references number 170007874174 Payment by Debit card bank of Dena bank . Payment date 1st JUNE But payment status failed we have not refund my bank account in workings 7 days. So do the need full of your priority basis. Thanks & regards Viral patel Mo-9687XX8276
