See, I’ve submitted my device (mi 4) on 28th feb 2016 . On that day I was told I’ll get my device within 20 days. I received a phone call from one assist support center on 16th of March that my device will be delivered by 28th of march. Today I called them again they said they require another 7 days to dispatch , I mean come on what’s this? Is this what your customer support service is ? Pathetic service! Do you want to earn bad reviews on social media? Because this is how you earn bad reviews..
