Miss communication to customer and cheating on name of promotional calls by SBI Credit Cards. Damage Occurred – Loss of 10000 Rs in name of annual fee and other charges, including loss incurred in contacting them. Mental harassment. I want my 10000 Rs back and another 10000 Rs of my leave cost plus court and other charges.

Why aren’t strict Corporate Processes not in place, even at SBI Credit Cards division ? This is shocking to me.
