Dear sir On 22/07/2014 through PAYTM site i pay mobile bill from net banking it was 9416574xxx .By mistake it select B.S.N.L in case of VODA PHONE so my balance has been deduct from my account .And there was a message on my mobile that your payment not successful it has been refund you.I complaint on 23/07/2014 in my pnb customer care about this matter my complaint id is A001351956 .I have told that your payment has been refund in 45 days but about 3 month has been gone . I called may time in customer care but no solution me told that your complaint is open so wait .i have not received my payment pls do something. Transaction Remarks- PAYTM MOB/554807538 / 0040059360 I call on 01.10.2014 in pnb he told me that you can mail at cst@paytm.co.in i mailed total matter after some time from paytm i was called that your payment has been refunded with in 3 days
