I had sent a courier on 29 Sep from Bangalore to Vikarabad. I had clearly written a note saying “Medicines Urgent” on the Envelope that it contained Medicines. Till now the consignment is not delivered to the destination. If you look at the status it says that it has reached the Destination, but the people from there in are very negligent about it & not delivering it yet. I’ve spoken to both Hyderabad & Vikarabad Offices, both are routing each other. Hyderabad Office people say that it has been dispatched to Vikarabad on 1st Oct itself. But Vikarabad People say they haven’t received the consignment yet. Note that none of the people managed to call & inform us the status. I’ve myself called all various DTDC offices at my own cost. Bottom line we’re suffering with this delay which is causing the health problem for our KID.

As of now, I really don’t know on the impact of this on my son. But for sure I would need strict action to be taken against Hyderabad & Vikarabad Staff of DTDC. They don’t even have the courtesy to inform the customer.
