I deposited my Canvas 4 mobile at Micromax’s Bangalore care center (mobileseva, narayan reddy building, marathahalli ring road junction, marathahalli, bangalore) on 4th of august 2014. The phone hangs regularly and when i restart it goes into reboot loop. Initially they told me that they will give my phone in 2 weeks. So i visited them after 2 weeks and found that the problem was not fixed at all. So they took my phone back and said they will send it to head office. After this they are not even responding to any of my calls, even if i visit the service center they would ask me to come back again after a week. It has been two months since i deposited my phone and i dont have any status of it yet.

Please provide me with a new handset or at least reimburse my expense towards the existing handset.
