Sony Xperia – Hardware failure dealer not responding

I have purchased sony xperia c3 on dated 13-sep-2014 cost rs 23990.00 with discounted price rs 23000. after 22 days its malfunctioned. i went back to dealer and asked for replacement. they said “if there is a software related issue then we will upload new software or if there is hardware failure the set will be replaced”.next day i again went to the dealer they said that “there is a hardware failure and told that only repair is possible as per company policy”. now i want replacement of mobile as any retailer provides return\replacement within 30 days in favor of customer.

i want my mobile replacement or money return back.
