I had booked online a pack of “Yonex Combo of Gr-303 Badminton Racket (Pack of 2) with Mavis 03 Shuttle (Pack of 6)” on Nov 04, 2014 using Paytm site. The order No. of above mentioned product is 644071045 and it it’s payment was made by using HDFC Credit Card with transaction no.201411045156950. Till now, the product is not delivered to me. Before lodging this complaint, I had mailed three times to Paytm but every time they reply formally without showing any attention about it. In Last mail, I requested to them for cancellation of order and refund the amount Rs 1249/- which was paid by me at the time of order and their reply was as “As per our records your product has already been shipped so it can not be cancelled. If you don’t want this product, you have the option of refuse to accept the delivery. Once the shipment reaches back to the merchant, your amount will be refunded to your Paytm account”.

Seems as loss of Rs 1249/- which was paid for the product (above mentioned) and depressed.
