I had bought micromax Funbook tab on (25-08-2014) from Flipkart.com . Post two months the product started having issues with touchscreen .On 14th Oct,2014 I had given it to Mobile Seva service center for repairing (Within warranty).I was told the device will take around 15 days to repair .I contacted the service center after 10 days and then they said they would still need 15 days . I called customer care and they are not responding to the issue properly .I have sent many mails to the customer care and each time I get a respond that they are looking into it . Its been 1.5 months now and they still have no update on the issue and product.Service center person tells me that I have to pay Rs3000 for getting it repaired even when the device is within warranty.

1. Need replacement of my device at the earliest. 2. Need the warranty of the device to be extended to 1 year from the day it will be delivered back to me .
