I have given clothes for dry cleaning to Mayur drycleaner. While taking the clothes he checked each and every clothes properly. But when he returned the clothes there was a big oil spot on the back side of lady suite also suite was faded. I returned to him and asked to rectify it. Also I asked him that if the oil spot will not remove he will return me Rs 2400. After a week he returned the suite but the big oil spot was as it is. I asked him for the same but he shouted on us and said that the oil spot was already there when first time I given to clothes to him and refused bluntly for his mistake.

The cost of the suite only that is Rs 2400 only
